The role

We are looking for passionate, sales-driven brand ambassadors. To join us, you must be passionate about the brand, our products and our customers.

As our Assistant Manager you will support the Store Manager by inspiring and leading your team to deliver a high standard of customer service and deliver consistently positive trading results, continuously aiming to achieve all targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities of our Assistant Manager will include:

  • Sell our stunning jewellery through offering a premium level of customer service and using exceptional sales skills
  • Act as an ambassador of our brand, educating customers about our products and the stories behind them
  • Providing an in-store experience that will see our customers return time after time
  • Supporting the Store Manager is ensuring your store is a great success through acute commercial awareness, inspirational leadership and maintaining an energizing, fulfilling and happy environment to work in
  • From the way the store looks, to the way the team present the brand, to the targets that are set, every aspect should be immaculate and be achieved with enthusiasm and pride
  • Managers are encouraged to run events and drive local opportunities

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of Assistant Manager Experience
