Just 60 miles north of London, Cambridge is located in the heart of the East of England and excellent road and rail links ensure the city is accessible from all parts of the UK. With London Stansted Airport and the ferry port of Harwich both within easy reach, Europe and the rest of the world isn’t far away either!

By Car: As there are a variety of routes available please enter CB2 3QJ into your Sat Nav or alternatively visit either Google Maps or The AA to plan your journey.

Park & Ride: Park & Ride allows commuters, coming into Cambridge, to enjoy stress free travel and beat the queues. It also allows visitors and shoppers to take the direct route to the heart of the city. There are seven Park & Ride sites in Cambridge which are all open 7 days a week. All the sites are staffed during opening hours. Overnight parking is not permitted at any of the sites. All sites are secured with barriers after the last bus, but these rise to allow traffic to leave after hours. All sites have height barriers except Babraham Road and Trumpington, which are suitable for camper vans, as larger spaces are provided.

By Coach: National Express operates coach services to Cambridge from major towns & cities throughout the UK. There are frequent coach services from both Central London and London Stansted Airport.

By Train: Cambridge Station is a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride from the city centre. There is a fast and frequent rail service from London King’s Cross & London Liverpool Street through to the City with an approximate journey time of 50 minutes. There are excellent connections from Scotland and the North via Peterborough and regional services from Birmingham & the Midlands, East of England & the Northwest. For timetable visit thetrainline.com.

By Cycle: There is a free bike park for approximately 500 bikes run by station cycles just outside Grand Arcade on the corner of Corn Exchange Street.
