Aberdeen secures new names for Lion Yard Shopping Centre

Hotter Comfort Concept has taken a 1,627 sq
ft unit arranged over basement and
ground floor levels at a rent of
£150,000 pax. Timberland will trade from a 1,535sq ft unit again over basement
and ground floor levels but at a rent of £124,000 pax. Both lettings are
under a 10 year lease.
